How much weight can I lose on this program?
Do I have to count calories to macros?
Absolutely not. It’s simply NOT a sustainable way to diet and causes more stress than anything else. Not too mention, what a pain!
Is this program really strict?
It’s a little on the stricter side. That said, we have hundreds of past users who have turned it into a lifestyle. Everyone is different. This program is maybe the best ever for losing weight rapidly and being healthy.
Is this a good program for someone just starting out?
It depends. If it’s someone who’s highly motivated and wants to lose weight rapidly, sure. If it’s someone that wants to ease into their fitness journey, probably not. I have the Detox & Cleanse as well, which is a bit less strict, and an easier first program.
Do I have to exercise to see results?
Nope, not at all. This program will do all of the heavy lifting. Of course I will never discourage exercise and believe it should be a daily part of everyones life. It is not needed to see great weight loss benefits from this program.
Can I follow this program while living a busy life?
When are we not living busy lives? Don’t ever let life get in the way of your health, life stops when you get ill. Trust the process, I have made it relatively easy, but there will be a little work on your part. I promise it will be worth it in the end.
Do I have to cook complicated recipes?
Nope not at all. There are some recipes to choose from, but you don’t have to use of the provided recipes if you’d rather not. Inside there’s plenty of alternatives, and ways to make quick, simple, tasty meals.
Do I need to prep my food in advance?
You do not, the meals are simple and easy enough to prepare on the spot, or even grab on the go. However, we have found those that plan / prepare seem to have the most success!
Am I allowed to cheat or have sweets on this diet?
The hard truth here is, that you’ve cheated too much and that’s why you’re here. It’s also why your health / body is in its current condition, and why you’re unhappy. You can always cheat, that’s your decision. During the 30 days there are no cheat meals, this is about healthy, rapid weight loss. This program gets it done!
Do I need to take supplements to see faster results?
No most definitely not. Everyone is different, and some lose faster than others. Supplements are the icing on the cake, and come after nutrition and exercise. There’s a few raw / organic supplements for digestion and sleep we will recommend via email though.
How is this diet / program different?
It’s more simple. No counting calories or macros, no weighing your food, no complicated recipes, or boring food day in and day out. It’s the only diet that we know of that works to fix / reset digestion, so you get healthy and lose the bloat / fat simultaneously.
