How much weight can I lose on this program?

On average those that follow my Intuitive Eating Program lose on average 5-7lbs in 30 days, however, there have been instances where we’ve seen as much as 12lbs of weight lost in 30 days.

Do I have to count calories to macros?

No. This is the east opposite of counting calories. This program teaches you how to eat intuitively. Once you learn / apply the tactics inside, you will be free from diets forever.

Is this program really strict?

It’s my least strict nutritional program, which for some makes it more challenging. Others love it because it offers the most flexibility of all my programs.

Is this a good program for someone just starting out?

I don’t suggest this as a first program. I’d actually suggest my 4 Week Reboot as a first nutritional program for anyone. If fact, id recommend my 4wk Reboot before all else, because it will get your gut / digestion in check, which makes any program with that much better.

Do I have to exercise to see results?

Nope, not at all. As is the case with all of my nutritional programs. Exercise is always encouraged, but always optional. After you begin, I will send you workout tips / advice via email.

Can I follow this program while living a busy life?

When are we not living busy lives? Don’t ever let life get in the way of your health, life stops when you get ill. It’s important to trust the process. I have made it relatively easy, but there will be a little work on your part. I promise it will be worth it in the end.

Do I have to cook complicated recipes?

Nope not at all. There are some recipes to choose from, but you don’t have to use any of the provided recipes. Inside there’s plenty of alternatives, and ways to make quick, simple, tasty meals.

Do I need to prep my food in advance?

You do not, the meals are simple and easy enough to prepare on the spot, or even grab on the go. However, we have found those that plan / prepare seem to have the most success!

Am I allowed to cheat or have sweets on this diet?

Yes. You will learn how to intuitively check in with yourself, and be allowed to have sweets. Will you want them is the better question? Perhaps not, once you have the power to intuitively eat.

Do I need to take supplements to see faster results?

No most definitely not. Everyone is different, and some lose faster than others. Supplements are the icing on the cake, and come after nutrition and exercise are in a good flow. There’s a few raw / organic supplements for digestion and sleep we will recommend via email though.

How is this diet / program different?

It’s more simple. No counting calories or macros, no weighing your food, no complicated recipes, or boring food day in and day out. 

This is the diet that sets you up for a life long of healthy and sustained success. This is the goal for all of those that follow my work. This is the end game. When you can eat for fuel, and do it consciously, with good healthy / balanced boundaries, you have made it.
